School of Leaders

Leaders aren’t born, they’re made! At FC, part of our vision is seeing every church member leading other believers into a deeper walk with Jesus Christ. The School of Leaders is a one hour class, one night a week for several weeks designed to develop you into becoming the leader God has made you to be.

The teachings in the School of Leaders are practical and relevant to your life – at home, work, and church. These classes are taught by people currently in leadership positions in the church that have learned through their experiences and they desire to share that knowledge with you. New classes for the School of Leaders are launched after each Encounter Retreat.
