Cadell and Joyce Welch
Cadell and Joyce are founding members of Family Church as well as elders. They lead a generation of Life Groups and serve as pastors over the OASIS 60+ adult ministry. Cadell retired in December 2010 from Evergreen Packaging and he and Joyce still operate their small business Joydell's Tanning Salon.
